In the six years we have lived here Dr. Jackson , Dr. Irivin and all of the staff have been great. Very caring and compassionate with our dogs and the rest of the family. They have gotten very busy and its easy to see why.
Our shop cat, Django, had a UTI of course on a Friday afternoon. Looked in the directory and found a vet clinic that was open until 6:00pm. Dr Jackson and his staff squeezed us in so Django would get some relief from his pain. They were so kind to us and our cat, they never made us feel like we were keeping them late on a Friday night, AND they were very reasonably priced! Great people, beautiful clinic and didn't break the bank! It was a win all the way around. Back at the shop and Django is feeling so much better and is sitting here purring away. Thank you sooo much!
They always make time for me if my cats have something that needs more immediate attention than a routine exam. Very affordable, and friendly. They also always listen to my concerns and recommendations on treatment methods, etc. If I say my cat needs convenia, because he doesn't do well with oral antibiotics, they never argue or debate with me.
I can tell Dr.Jackson genuinely cared about my pets well being. I'm glad to take my fur babies to someone who enjoys their work and treats their patients so well!
We just moved to Kansas City and checked around the area for a new family Vet for our two Shih-Tzu's. We decided to try Jackson Animal Clinic. So glad we did! Yesterday was our first visit to Jackson Animal Clinic and we've very happy! We've been to a few different Vets, with our military moves over the years, and this one ranks near the top. With a few more visits, and more history, I'm sure this will be our favorite Vet over all others! From the receptionist to the Vet, to the helper, they did an amazing job with our two dogs. The Vet and helper made them feel comfortable before giving them their annuals and did a thorough check on their health, and he gave me some recommendations to keep them happy and healthy. I was very impressed. We look forward to many more visits here with our family pets. We have found our new family Vet!!!
