DO NOT USE! Quotes are inaccurate and misleading. Credit card was charged without my authorization. I called for a quote on a 5x10 locker and was provided one. I called back the next day to reserve that locker only to be told the quote I received the day before was incorrect. I still went ahead with reserving a locker and the next day received a voicemail from Daryl, the Platte City manager stating that my previous days quote was incorrect and that I'll be charged even more. I called back immediately to cancel the reservation and did so with no issues. Upon checking my credit card statement, I saw that they charged me $20. When I called back to get a refund I was informed it's a non-refundable deposit and they will not be refunding me my money. I currently have the charge in dispute with my CC company.
No complaints here. They went above and beyond to help.

i was alot happier with the service that simply self storage provided to my wife and i. we never had any problems but once extra space storage took over we had problems with our bill, and the staff was helpful but not in a timely manner.
