I had a Groupon offer on tinted windows. They told don't buy the Groupon, because they will honor the price. I had an appointment at 4 o'clock and I showed up 30 mins late and they still got me in and out with in an hour.
The customer service is always great. Derick is great to work with. He’s patient and knows his stuff. He’s a no BS kind of guy. I’ve been coming back for a couple years. Whether it’s to buy something or get advise, he is willing to help and invest some time to help you make the right decision.
I had a remote starter installed in my car here. I got a great deal on Groupon and their remote starter is working great. Even the post sales service is awesome. I am planning to get my car windows tinted here soon. Definitely the best place in the locality
Went last Saturday and their installer wasn't there. The guy at the front desk still took the time to diagnose the problem with my stereo and not only did he find the issue he went ahead and installed the speakers i purchased from them. I'm a very busy guy with work and raising 3 boys in my own so I don't have much free time. I feel they went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it last minute.
NW Audio... Horrible customer service, rude employees, and don't stand behind their work. I had my brand new car tinted, while I was driving away I noticed they had played with almost all the buttons inside my car, including the lumbar support in my driver seat and changed settings for my electronic parking brake!! I pulled over to check things out more and discovered dirty black spots on my doors, seats, and dash... On my brand new leather, streaks running down the passenger side windshield and back window, they had dripped water into my speakers in the back window and didn't even bother to try and clean it up. I called the store and asked to speak with the owner... I was connected with the store manager who was rude, not helpful, and argumentative. I again asked for owner to contact me.. still have not heard anything from anyone! Mind you I drove over 7 hours for them to tint my widows because they had done a great job on 2 other cars of mine. They might do decent work but they definitely don't respect your property vehicle!
