Felt I made a good offer on a used car by they didn't want to deal. Only wanted to sell me one car. No other choice do not recommend.
Fantastic service! Willing and able to explain things to you, and very helpful. As a female i've had plenty of bad experiences. I am not car savvy, and they are very professional and courteous. I would recommend this dealership.
We did not have any experience with their service department, however, their incredibly deceptive mailer and advertising scheme of enticing people into their business with the lure of a "free television" was absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from a business that starts their relationship with customers in a deceitful manner.

The fact that they have stated in their previous replies to others that these misleading mailers are a "common practice in the industry" proves what caliber of people you are dealing with. The thought process that "everyone does it so it's okay" makes me even more disgusted with their so called "business practices"
I am extremely happy with my experience. Al was very down to earth not pushy at all yet helpful in guiding me to the right vehicle. I had been to two other Jeep dealers and spoke to one via email, but Platte City Jeep was just right. This was my very first purchase all on my own. There was no back n forth games just straight forward to the point on the whole process. The finance manager explained the different level of warranties and exactly what was covered and not covered. I got exactly what I needed and wanted. Thanks!!!
