Slow service: 20 minutes for a Big Mac and a kids cheeseburger. No explanation was given, but the look on their faces told us they had no idea what happened to our order. I realize, mistakes happen, but we then waited another 10 minutes and still had no food. Most people around us were receiving their food within 10 minutes of sitting down.
I expected a little more from this McDonald’s as they are newly renovated but they disappointed. Waited 20min then asked for an update. Got the deer-in-the-headlights look. Came back 10min later and they still didn’t do anything about my order. Come to find out it got lost. If that new play place wasn’t there my family and I would have left. Ray Kroc and Richard McDonald would be rolling over in their graves if they saw this McDonald’s. Asked for a full refund and got it. After 35 minutes I got my 2 burgers which were luke warm and fries which were salty and soggy. The new play place is very nice.
Stopped by for a quick breakfast. Order took 25 minutes to come out, and consisted of pancakes and three breakfast sandwiches. Several people walked out before getting their food, without asking for a receipt, that is how slow the food was coming out. I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's in general, but will definitely use this one as a last resort in the future.
The food was delicious, and the updated setting was better than any McDonald's I've been in before. The only downside was that our cashier forgot to bring us one of our menu items. I definitely recommend this McDonald's.
A very nice McDonald's. Recently remodeled and upgraded, with an indoor play area with new equipment making it a perfect spot for kids the play area even had color changing tables and an area designated for 3 & younger. Great stop!
